Optima Priority ERP

Optima Priority fully integrated software package is available on a module-by-module basis. Each module has its own master files for designating settings and definitions, e.g., customer and vendor lists, taxes, inventory control parameters, part catalogue. 
  

OPTIMA PRIORITY – SYSTEM MODULES  

Logistics – Optima Priority’s Logistics module manages entry of sales and purchase orders, maintains inventory control and provides supply chain management – the control of goods from vendor to customer. 

Financials -- Fully integrated with the Logistics and Manufacturing modules, Optima Priority’s Financials module provides full services to meet the company’s accounting needs. 

Development Tools – Optima Priority comes equipped with an application development tool set that enables custom-built forms and reports, as well as linkages to external systems. 

Optima Priority excels in the full integration of all its sub-systems (modules), eliminating the need for interfacing or for duplicate data entry. For example, purchase requisitions are created automatically by a special program (MRP), which takes into consideration sales orders, existing inventory, minimum inventory levels, and more. Requisitions are rolled over to generate requests for price quotations, or purchase orders, which in turn generate warehouse receipts, invoices and journal entries in the GL (all without additional typing of existing data)
