  The Team:

  • Dr. Roni Inbar – Dr. Inbar was the CFO and Vice President of Israeli Youth Hostels Association since 1989, in-charge of Finance, Admin and Info Systems of the organization. The Organization consists of 32 hospitality facilities throughout the country, managed centrally through its head office.

  Dr. Inbar has a Dr. of Business Admin degree, from Newport University, Ca, U.S.A. and has an M.A. degree of Public Admin from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

  • Mr. David Boker – Mr. Boker has 20 years of experience in all aspects of hotel's management and operations.

  Mr. Boker is one of the creators of Optima, the Flag Ship Software of Silverbyte has a Hotel Manager diploma of the Israel Technion Institute. Mr.David Boker has been with Silverbyte since 1993.

  • Mr. David Frankel – Mr. Frankel prior to joining Silverbyte, served as IT manager of several hotels and hotel chains and has been in the hotel business since 1970. 

    He is a graduate of the Westminster Hotel School in London. Mr. Frankel has been with Silverbyte for 10 years and is the major developer and analyzer of hotel software applications including Optima.

   

  • Mr. Arcady Abramov – Chief Engineer of Silverbyte, Graduate of the Technion Institute of Technology - Israel

  • Arcady has been with Silverbyte for 9 years and now acts as a free lancer. Mr. Abramov is the main developer of the technology used in the ASP OPTIMA service farm and has installed and implemented six server farms to the hospitality industry in Israel and Europe.
