Optima Managers' Snapshots  

Optima Snapshots are powerful tools for hotel managers and owner to follow up on hotel operations by receiving daily income and forecast Snapshots automatically by email. The Snapshots are sent daily to selective managers of the hotel or group reporting on the hotel’s on-the-books performance compared to last year, forecasts and budgets. Optima Snapshots module includes a variety of snapshot reports:
• Daily accumulative income report listing Yesterday, Month to Date and Year to Date income, occupancy and average rate per hotel
• Monthly income chart (based on actual past information and future on-the-books information)
• 3 months pickup snapshot with comparison between on-the-books, forecast and budget figures
• Detailed 3 months pickup snapshot including additional information of last year
