Bi-directional interface between Optima PMS and HRS allows a direct flow of information between the two leading systems making the German hoteliers’ life even more simple, easy and trouble-free.
Silverbyte Systems announced today that it has completed integration and implementation of the new interface to HRS, Germany's most popular hotel portal, at all Leonardo Hotels across Europe. The interface will help the hoteliers to streamline distribution, revenues and bookings processes from their Optima Hotel Management System to HRS. Silverbyte Sytems is going live with the new release that offers an interface to HRS that was established in Summer 2010 and Silverbyte was the choosen as HRS' PMS launch Partner for the direct interface.
From now on hotels subscribed to Optima Global Online Connections can manage online all availability, restrictions and reservation data with HRS as they do with many other online sales channels, GDS and IDS, directly from Optima Property Management System.

Optima bi-directional global online channel management connection (GOC) allows Optima PMS users to update rates and availability to hundreds of online travel booking channels and the four major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) from the PMS via numerous sales channels connected to Optima. This interface includes automatic process of booking data made through Internet Distribution Systems (IDS) directly into Optima PMS.
Optima PMS connects directly now to Expedia.com, Booking.com, HRS, Hotel.de, Hotel.info, SynXis (and all GDS), Venere, Hotelbeds, Bookit, Atrapalo and other international and local sales channels.
HRS is Germany’s most popular web based hotel booking site and is also used by 20,000 companies who put their faith in HRS and make their corporate bookings via HRS.
HRS has announced its Interface for external channel management only on July 2009 and offers its partner hotels an indirect XML interface via external sales channel management systems. HRS has opened its new XML standards to direct PMS access only on 2010.
